What is a FP house like?
"FP Houses" are chosen by both people who live there and people who build them.
Comfortable, safe, and high performance. The "FP House" is a pioneer of high-insulation, high-airtight housing that was born in Hokkaido in 1985, and is a housing brand that has continued to evolve over the course of about 40 years to suit Japan's diverse climates.
The biggest feature is the excellent insulation and airtightness achieved by our original "FP urethane insulation panel" and "FP construction method." This performance supports a comfortable room temperature regardless of the season and an eco-friendly lifestyle with reduced utility bills.

■ Why did we choose the "FP House"?
High-performance homes are gaining attention every year, but "good performance" alone is not enough when it comes to building our homes.
The reason we use FP houses is because they have a system that provides a sense of security that goes beyond the numbers and reliable quality as standard.
・There is little temperature difference anywhere in the house, so there is little risk of heat shock. ・It prevents deterioration due to condensation, extending the lifespan of the building. ・It reduces heating and cooling costs, and the cost difference increases the longer you live in the house. ・It is possible to stably ensure high performance without relying on the skills of craftsmen.
