Our house building

IMG_0692.jpg

We are now living in an era where our lives are undergoing major changes.
Rising prices and energy costs, disaster preparation, and growing awareness of the need for a sustainable society.
In the midst of these changes, the question of "what kind of house to live in" is no longer simply a matter of choosing a building;
I feel like I am getting closer to choosing how I and my family will live our lives from now on.

Kobako Co., Ltd. was founded in Gunma 75 years ago.
As a local construction company that will celebrate its 75th anniversary in 2025, we are committed to training carpenters and recycling wood.
We have always valued the idea of "building homes where we can see each other's faces."
The trust and technology we have built up are assets that have been supported by the local community.
We will pass on this legacy to the next generation and respond reliably to the changes of the times.
I feel that this is our mission now.

Building a house is not just about building a box.
Supporting people to live healthy, comfortable and fulfilling lives every day.
To achieve this, we carefully select and shape the necessary structure, performance, materials, and design concepts.
I believe that this is the role of those who will be responsible for housing in the future.

As times change, companies need to change too.
And there are some things that shouldn't be changed.
We are rooted in the community, make use of local trees, and take responsibility for the future of the community.
With this attitude as our foundation, we will continue to work to find the perfect home for each and every customer and to resolve local issues.
